Located in Vancouver’s tree-lined Kitsilano neighbourhood, Trafalgars Bistro is known for its trademark green awnings and year-round outdoor patio of cultivated trees and overflowing planters on the corner of Trafalgar Street and 16th Avenue West.
Trafalgars Bistro Chef Chris Moran is a fan of ingredients both fresh and exotic. He plays with culinary influences from France, Italy, Greece, Spain and many parts of Asia. A carefully chosen and well-priced wine list accompanies the daytime and dinner menus. At Trafalgars, people meet and linger over brunch, all-day tapas, and lunch through dinner to late-night desserts paired with dessert wines, liqueurs, brandy and port.
