Appetizer

Seared giant sea scallop and a tomato tartare with dill

mascarpone crostini and basil-vanilla oil.

Or

Gorgonzola and walnut raviolis with an apple butter

emulsion and yam spiral

 

Entrée

Choice of one:

Pan roasted lamb sirloin and grilled baby romaine with pine nut gnocchi,

lemon & sage demi glace and a mint and cherry tomato salad.

Or

Seared smoked black cod with butternut squash and pea risotto,

snap pea greens and a roasted corn relish.  Port reduction.

 

Choice of one:

Triple chocolate mousse cake, lemon dacquoise or passionfruit flan

with coffee or tea.
