Pan roasted lamb sirloin and grilled baby romaine with pine nut gnocchi,
lemon & sage demi glace and a mint and cherry tomato salad.

Seared smoked black cod with butternut squash and pea risotto,
snap pea greens and a roasted corn relish. Port reduction.

Triple chocolate mousse cake, lemon dacquoise or passionfruit flan
